Building of the Rey Juan Carlos I University, which was completed in 2003.In it, the grey tones have total prominence, and together with the metallic
cladding, it has a ventilated façade with specific anchoring, of approximately
1000 m2 with Grey Phyllite  Jbernados sawn,
together with an area on the first floor also cladded with Grey Phyllite
Jbernardos splits with a dry joint stone masonry on an area of almost 300 m2.

Francisco Rodriguez Partearroyo, between 1998 and 2005 for this University.
