The Neinver group is a Spanish multinational dedicated to real estatemanagement and development, especially in the retail and logistics sectors. At
the end of the last century, it relied on the prestigious study of Rafael de la
Hoz, to create its Business Center; a resounding L-shaped building with sloping
walls towards the highway, which dominates the Arroyo de la Vega Business Park
with its 10,000 m2.

The prominence of the grey Phyllite Jbernardos stands out in its inverted
curtain wall, screwed at four ends with stainless steel through screws, which
join with its four threads each stone to the metal substructure of the wall,
contrasting the smooth surface of the anodized aluminum with the natural and
rough texture of the grey Phyllite natural surface.
