The project is perfectly integrated into the existing
environment, with adapted volumes, a mixed program that includes housing,
shops, offices, organized around public spaces (the square, the alleys, etc.).
The houses present great qualities based on an interior / exterior relationship
(multi-orientation, exterior spaces, views, etc.), a variety of typologies, a
balance between collective housing and individual housing.

Esplanade Jean Valleix / Allée Jean Monnet

The "small metropolitan space", a pedestrian space
that interconnects the tramway and the densely vegetated public spaces and that
welcomes a mirror-like public fountain and another with round fountains at
ground level. The water that emanates is recovered by an ingenious system of gutters
to return to the closed circuit of the fountains. Naturpiedra JBERNARDOS supply
between 2020 and 2021 brushed Phyllite Jbernardos for:
