In this mountain home in Navacerrada, in the middle of the mountain rangeof Guadarrama, natural stone takes on a leading role. The solidity, isolation
and adaptation to the environment offered by the different stone placed, was
taken into account in Manuel Pérez Romero's project, and in all areas of the
house they have stone cladding.

Roof terrace of grey green slate, with a minimum slope, which by storing
the snow, increases its thermal protection.

Oro Stone floors, exteriors with a natural non-slip texture and interiors
in a honed finish, whose golden tones give it great warmth.
