La piedra natura<\/strong>l es considerada uno de los materiales de construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuados para construcciones bioclim\u00e1ticas<\/strong>. Su origen y producci\u00f3n \u00a0conllevan un moderado consumo energ\u00e9tico respecto a otros materiales.<\/p>\n

Su utilizaci\u00f3n en construcci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n puede asociarse a sistemas de gran eficiencia energ\u00e9tica como fachadas ventiladas, suelos radiantes (perfecta conducci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica), que hacen tambi\u00e9n de la piedra un material muy adecuado para conseguir un gran ahorro y eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en los edificios.<\/p>\n

Desde Naturpiedra<\/a> siempre hemos sido conscientes y sensibles al valor que aportan nuestros materiales en ese sentido, colaborando en este tipo de obras, mucho antes del auge actual que est\u00e1n experimentando.<\/p>\n

Como ejemplo cabe destacar el edificio de la Fundaci\u00f3n Metr\u00f3poli, EcoBox<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Una construcci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter experimental, que trata de integrar un espacio dedicado a la innovaci\u00f3n y la creatividad con un gran protagonismo de la arquitectura y el compromiso bioclim\u00e1tico. En la que se cont\u00f3 para el revestimiento de fachada ventilada, con placas de Filita Gris en textura natural<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, ancladas a una subestructura met\u00e1lica, mediante tornillos pasantes.<\/p>\n

Dise\u00f1ado por los arquitectos Angel de Diego, Alfonso Vegara y Vicente Olmedilla<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, se ubica en la Avenida Bruselas en Alcobendas, Madrid; y tras su ejecuci\u00f3n en 2003, fue merecedor del premio de arquitectura COAM 2004<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dispone de una superficie construida de casi 1800 m2, repartidos en tres niveles con grandes espacios di\u00e1fanos dispuestos en torno a un gran atrio central.<\/p>\n

El gran logro del edificio es aunar una gran funcionalidad y belleza arquitect\u00f3nica, a los componentes bioclim\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n

Destacan tanto los sistemas pasivos como la orientaci\u00f3n y control de la exposici\u00f3n solar, regulando la luz y calor, utilizando captores solares en su techo, lamas met\u00e1licas orientables para graduar el paso de la luz solar, captadores energ\u00e9ticos; y como no, de una fachada ventilada, con nuestra piedra natural Filita Gris como protagonista, que consigue regular la temperatura del edificio, protegi\u00e9ndolo tanto del frio invernal como del calor veraniego. Todo ello consigue reducir de manera notable el consumo energ\u00e9tico del edificio, respecto a cualquier espacio equivalente con el que se compare.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n dispone de elementos bioclim\u00e1ticos activos como la funci\u00f3n de ventilaci\u00f3n, que reparte y regula la temperatura del edificio, con un efecto chimenea que se consigue mediante la disposici\u00f3n del atrio y los espacios del edificio, junto con la fachada y cubierta ventiladas o el aislante de grava en el subsuelo o sistemas de canalizaci\u00f3n del aire, que tambi\u00e9n cuenta con energ\u00eda geot\u00e9rmica que se canaliza bajo el edificio. Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una gran superficie de paneles solares y fotovoltaicos, los cuales generan gran cantidad de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y agua caliente que se utiliza o acumula en el edificio para su posterior utilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
